This place I’ve used about 7 or 8. Times and it was ok service at first until today when I received 2 upside down grams of wax with was partially in the container after being running around and back and forth I was finally advised by Lori that replaced wax will be delivered and so it did about 90 min later to receive the same thing upside down contaminated was so i sent a message to this company and ask to speak to a manager and get Lori once again and stated blaming driver first. Dispatchers second and the dime bag company third forth was me and I get a response that I’m a old mo## fu##n Arab this place has no professional aspects from its management Lori

Ordered 4 indica cartridges from these guys, not the first time but the last time. Look, I smoke too, driving down somebody’s court with your windows down after you just hotboxed your delivery vehicle though? That’s disrespectful, not everybody likes the smell of this sh*t, and that alone woulda been water under the bridge with me. However, upon pulling up to my house, the driver tried to hand me 4 completely different cartridges then I ordered. Then he asks me if it’s alright and if I’ll just buy them, which is most likely how they get off their hybrid/sativa carts, since vast majority are buying indica. I considered it for a moment, but given his grand entrance to the block I told him I’ll pass. I’m not going to be that sucker, especially not after the driver leaves the block smelling like half of East Oakland. Stay up UFD

we are a stoner couple who love smokin some good flower and watching netflix outside on my tv. the flower is amazing and frosty, Completely recommend Rikki as a delivery person, she's so nice and is great with communication. forget robotic replies, you know when she says have a good day she means it. snaps for rikki 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 (no snap emoji 😭)

This is the worst delivery company EVER. They sell expired products that are no good and dangerous. Watch out man

Horrible experience. first I made my order and got a text a few minutes later saying that its no longer avaibile. he told me to text him back with what I want. so I did and he never responded. so I got on the chat and they couldn't help me either they just kept telling me to contact the driver and they work remote. after explain to the chat person a few times that i don't get a response from the driver they told me to choose something else. everything i chose was out of stock and they refused to help find what was in stock. Gev is a horrible representative who wants to do minimal work or wants to pawn it off on som1 else.

I ordered at 12:30 pm and got my ordered at 9:30 pm when I was supposed to get it 3:40-5:40. Very unreliable service. Their system is broken and they need to fix it

Stay away! You order with no window so no idea of when delivery is then 1/2 later they text with times. If you are able you adjust to meet but then they text with a resked. Then that time goes by and no delivery. KMA for wasting my time. Crappy service before but ya give 'em a chance and they still sh*t on you. Would not recommend to anybody, recommend they go elsewhere, even street dealers serve their customer better. You'll never get a another sale from me. Do the biz a favor and go out of business.

The poor reviews made me consider if ordering was worth the risk but it wasn't as bad as all that. Easy sign up, quick delivery, friendly driver. The bud quality is lower than my normal standards, but it isn't super dry or anything and the reality is you get what you pay for. In this case I wanted some more quantity over quality so I'm not that disappointed.

I signed up.and sent both pictures one of my id and one of my id next to my face. and everytime I order from them they ask for my id which should be on file. also when I order eveytime the drive gets here they never have everything I order and It always has to be Substituted and and what they substitute it with is not the say quality and they charge the same price. the drive should call and inform you he does not have what you are looking for so you have time to Pick something else or dispatch should call you. They need to get their system together not to mention they take like 7 hour to receive your order when they text you it only gonna be and hour and a half

Go to any other store.Urban Flavors will disrespect you, your time, and your money.They will sell you things that arent available, deliver you old crusy green, and damaged vapes.On top of all of that their customer service is unrivaled, in being terrible. If you have an issue an F- grade chat bot will do next to nothing to remedy the situation.This was NOT my first time hereI would NOT recommend this to a friendI would NOT shop here again

Order delivery elsewhere. When I placed my order it was for 3 eighths of Indoor flower but it was substituted for Outdoor. Price matching does not matter when you order Indoor and receive Outdoor, it’s a night and day difference in quality and customer service will not work with you to resolve the issue. Buyer beware!

I know they say that your order may be substituted if the product runs out, but it seems like they leave it to the driver to figure that out.When half of your order is unavailable, that's something that should have been cleared up before they even left.Products and prices are good, but I wish it wasn't a chore ordering from them

I ordered a strain on their site with 30+ percent THC, but it only had 26%. I also noticed that I paid more than the order amount from the history. I had to correct Lori in customer service. In wanting to keep the tone light, I didn't care about paying $15 more than I should have. I asked for a discount on a high THC flower. After providing a printed receipt from their Onfleet delivery service, Lori then called me a liar and wondered how in their system something was closed out correct. I don't know why your system is screwed up on your end, but I have all the proof that this company over charged me, lied about their product, and then dismissed me. There are plenty of other reputable cannabis delivery companies that don't call their customers liars or misrepresent their products.

They changed my ETA 4 times, waited over 24 hours for a delivery that I canceled after they told me that if I didn't want to continue to wait I was able to go somewhere else. They did try and make the delivery at 1am which is highly illegal in the state of California. Customer service didn't give a sh*t about helping or assisting me in anyway. Stay way away from this dump, let's all put this place and thier sh*tty business practices on blast, get these clowns shut down for good.

I started this process 48 hours ago. Could not upload my ID or selfie. Next day at work I went through the website agent and got my profile accepted. Yay right? Nope. 24 hours later make an order at 7PM. Promptly told my area (in Oakland) is not serviced at that time. Mind you this is an Oakland based company, but okay. 24 hours later I make a order in SF at 10:00AM. It is 12AM 16 hours later and still do not have my order. No customer service. No real time ETA. Time is money and these people wasted my time.

This place usually takes anywhere between 3-4 hours to actually get you your stuff and they might cancel your order last minute.

Urban Flavours has been my go-to! Even after relocating from the Bay... they stayed w/the best system. Ordered early in the day some high THC product @$70-$80/oz, paid online, and waited for the delivery. No problems. All of a sudden - the online pymt system changed which my bank disallows. Now I'm running out for cash.. The 34-40% THC ounces gone at least for the last 2 times ordering. What was once a beautiful arrangement has soured.
