Refunds look just like normal transactions, but they have CR after the refunded amount e.g. 1 Aug Joe's Store £10.50CR.
They're listed on your statement on the date the refund was received, so they may not appear on the same statement as the original purchase.
If you've been expecting a refund but haven't received it yet, please bear in mind that many companies are taking longer than normal to process refunds due to the current situation, this is impacting us as well, due to the high volume of cases we're receiving.
